Melting Hot Stone Massage

A favourite of the celebs. Capture the true essence of relaxation with an hour of pure bliss during which the heat from the heated basalt stones warms and relaxes the muscles down into the deeper layers of your body in a gentle massage. 1 stroke with the stones is equivalent to 10/15 strokes of normal, manual massage. The warmth improves circulation, increasing nutrient uptake and detoxification in your body cells. It also calms the nervous system, bringing you both the physical benefits of relaxation, improved circulation and pain relief, and the emotional benefits of stress relief and relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

We all have slightly different styles of massage depending on our previous training and experience!

For an intense / powerful deep tissue / stress busting type massage to get rid of really tough tension ‘knots’ or to loosen very tight muscles, then try the Intense Deep Tissue (below), think 9 to 10 out of 10 for pressure. For deep but less intense massage, think 7 to 8 out of 10 pressure.

Be aware that if you ask for deep tissue there might be times when there is some level of pain too, and if you choose the Powerful / intense pressure it’s almost guaranteed to be quite painful at times and can feel tender afterwards.

Definitely a ‘no pain, no gain’ type of massage!

Full body deep tissue £64

Back, neck and shoulders, or legs deep tissue £40

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Our Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a sculpting, energising treatment designed to help support the body’s natural lymphatic flow, reduce the feeling of puffiness and leave you feeling lighter, smoother and more refreshed.

Using a combination of rhythmic massage techniques and gentle wooden therapy tools, this treatment helps encourage movement through the body, supporting circulation and helping to ease fluid retention. The wooden therapy is simply used as an additional tool to assist the massage movements – helping to contour, smooth and stimulate the area more effectively.

Perfect if you’re feeling sluggish, bloated or in need of a full-body reset, this treatment offers both visible and feel-good benefits.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system. Using light, rhythmic movements, the massage helps encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid, ease feelings of puffiness and fluid retention, and leave the body feeling lighter and more comfortable.

Unlike deeper or more sculpting massage techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses very soft, precise movements and is ideal for those looking for a calming, restorative treatment.

Your first appointment lasts 75 minutes, allowing time for a consultation and a tailored treatment plan. Follow-up appointments are 60 minutes.

Traditional Body Massage

Using pre blended oils, the pressure can vary between gentle to firm, depending on your wishes, but does not use the deep tissue techniques; it is relaxing while still ironing out some of those knots! (Think up to about 6 out of 10 for pressure)

Calming Indian Head Massage

This is especially good if you suffer from tension and fatigue, for those who sit for long hours at desks or who drive many miles for work. Regular treatments can help reduce the frequency of migraines and relax the muscles of the head and upper body. Essential oils are normally used, and these can also be used on the hair, if you wish, to improve condition and softness. If you are unsure about massage or about removing any clothing it is possible to perform Indian Head Massage without oils, above clothing. It may be carried out sitting on a chair or on a couch.

45 minutes £46
